KZN Senior Amateur Results : Victoria CC 3/11/2025

A smaller than normal turnout of 60 players enjoyed Victoria Country Club which was in great condition on a super day on Monday 3rd November.

A great round of golf by Keith Forde (pictured) of 70 gross earned him first place in the A Division. Although Wynard Hart had the next best gross score of 73, he was awarded the Best Nett prize in the A Division with a score of 73 less 6 handicap = 67 nett. The runner-up gross then went to Ashwin Krishen with a gross score of 74 and the runner-up Best Nett went to Steve Hughs with a score of 75 gross less 8 handicap = 67 nett, losing on a count-out to Wynard. There were a further 6 players further back on 75 gross.

In the B Division, Deon Chetty took first place with a score of 39 individual stableford points playing off a 15 handicap, followed by Ramesh Rajpal with 36 points playing off a 17 handicap and third place went to Andrew Bower with 35 points playing off a 15 handicap, counting out Ganas Naicker and Morgan Subramany also with 35 points.

Two places were paid out in the C Division with Jose de Jesus taking first place with a great score of 41 individual stableford points playing off a 20 handicap followed by Aaron Harry (counted-out) also with 41 points playing off a 22 handicap.
