KWAZULU NATAL GOLF UNION DEVELOPMENT GAMES

HELD AT ESHOWE HILLS COUNTRY CLUB – SUNDAY 16TH APRIL 2023

On Sunday the 16 th of April 2023 the KZN Golf Union held the Second Development Golf tournament at Eshowe Country Club in Zululand.

There were 4 KZN Sub-Union teams participating in the tournament, namely Ilembe, Midlands, Northern KZN and Zululand, each comprising of 6 team members and a Team Manager.

The format of play was Individual Stableford with all six scores to count in the team’s total points.

The tournament was a great success and enjoyed by all who participated and the KZNGU look forward to making this an annual event in our attempt to grow and develop the game of golf in our Country Districts areas.

The costs of the tournament which included transport, accommodation, prizes, all meals, green fees, caddie fees and uniforms were met in their entirety by the KZN Golf Union.
