With regard the ongoing service disruption experienced with the HNA and Albatros Scoring systems:

We understand the importance of both systems for your golfing and tournament experience and our service providers are working diligently to bring the servers back online as soon as possible. While we do not have an exact estimate, we expect we will be back and running in the coming days.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this outage has caused to unions, clubs and golfers. We can also assure you that no-one will suffer penalties due to the outages. The late score penalty on the HNA system will be disabled once the system is back online, to allow players to enter their scores without any penalty.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience at this time. We will continue to keep you informed of the progress.
